Detached Garage Candlelight Drive Bozeman Montana

We built this garage in the fall of 2012 from the ground up. It is built on a concrete slab with walls and footers to combat the frost heaves and other challenges of Montana winters. The garage is framed with traditional wood framing and insulated and sheetrocked inside. The exterior was sided with pre-finished cement board siding to match the home. The garage also has matching Malarkey roofing and Rollex brand soffit and fascia. We installed the roofing and siding and rebuilt the TREX deck on the back of the home a few years before the garage was built.
