New redwood deck

Saddle Creek Deck Rebuild

November, 2014

The original deck on this home was not supported adequately and was also not properly flashed. This caused the deck posts to sink and the joists to start pulling away from the house. The lack of flashing caused water damage to the house where the ledger was attached. We removed the old deck and started new. We poured new sonotube supports and rebuilt the deck with proper flashing and hardware. The deck and railing are redwood with a clear finish.
