Re roof and new fascia

New Metal Roof and Fascia Three Forks

This home in Three Forks had a leaking roof. The existing roofing was covered with a type of liquid roof coating which was cracked and damaged. There was some water damaged roof sheathing on the eaves and some rotten subfascia which we replaced with new lumber. After the repairs, we dried in the roof with 2 layers of ice and water shield and titanium underlayment. Then, we installed new tuf-rib metal roofing and new metal fascia.

First, we had to cut out and replace areas of water damaged roof sheathing.
New lumber was installed to replace the rotten sub fascia boards.
New roof sheathing replaces water damaged sheathing on eaves.
