New home construction - Elk Ridge Subdivision

Elk Ridge Subdivision Residence

February, 2017

We constructed the rough frame and set trusses on this new home in late fall of 2016. We also installed LP Smartside lap siding in the gables and built a gable accent in the front of the home. We dried-in the roof and installed storm grey colored Malarkey Highlander shingles. We installed the windows and doors and also the metal fascia and soffit. The owner's have since put the final touches on the home themselves.
